1st June.......6.50 pm .......Course on St. Paul's letters to the Romans at Sacred Heart.

.............................................................A course to open up the story of the meaning of the letters

                                              from St Paul to the Romans and how it applies to us in 2026.

                                              Starting on Monday the 25th of May  and running for 10

                                              weeks. Come along and help us explore and discover Paul's

                                              beautiful writing.


2nd June......2.00 pm.......The Tuesday Club at the Sacred Heart Parish Centre. If you

                                               have never attended before but fancy turning up for a cuppa

3rd June......2.00 pm.......UCM in the Sacred Heart Parish Centre. Everyone welcome –

                                             just come along!



10th June.....2.00 pm.......Afternoon Tea at St. Joseph’s, Havant. Traditional tea with a

                                              free draw! Tickets cost £10. Please book by Wednesday 3rd

20th June  10.30am    Jesus Prince of Peace Safeguarding Training at St. Michael

...............................................& All Angels, Leigh Park. Training is MANDATORY for all those

                                           working in a role with children and/or vulnerable groups.

                                            Anyone without a current DBS and training will need to

                                           step back from their role until the situation is rectified.

                                            Training must be renewed every 3 years in accordance with

                                            the national safeguarding standards. An email invitation will

                                            be sent to those holding a role who require training, you

                                            MUST respond to this and confirm your attendance. A

                                            reminder will also be sent. You can book direct:

13th June      12 noon.....Havant Family Picnic at St. Joseph’s, Havant. The day will

                                             include BBQ and homemade food, refreshments, activities for

                                             children, live music by musical duo, Tomasz & Klaudia, Raffle

22nd June                        Buckfast Abbey Retreat  

                                               For anyone who would like to join us on retreat at Buckfast

                                               Abbey, there are still four rooms available as part of our 

                                               booking of the whole hotel from 22nd to 26th June 2026.

                                               This will be our third visit to Buckfast Abbey. Previous

                                               retreats have proved to be very relaxed and restful with

                                               time to make the most of the spiritual activities available

                                               to us: Monastery daily prayer times, Lectio Divina,

                                               Morning mass, and meaningful, inspirational, spiritual

                                                reflections led by Father Jeremy. All on offer but completely

                                                voluntary. The peaceful atmosphere of Buckfast Abbey and

                                                gardens enhances all we do, with everything close at hand

                                                but by no means enclosed.
